This isn’t one of them.

The Project Team is a well-established and growing construction and refurbishment business, delivering projects for a range of brilliant clients across the commercial property sector.

We’re looking for a capable, ambitious Project Coordinator who wants to become an important part of the business—not simply process paperwork in the background.

The opportunity

You’ll work closely with the company’s project team, helping to keep projects organised, contractors informed and clients looked after.

Initially, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving new project information and accurately adding it to the company’s systems
• Setting up project documentation and keeping records up to date
• Speaking with contractors, suppliers and members of the delivery team
• Coordinating information between the office and live projects
• Monitoring progress and following up on outstanding actions
• Supporting project managers with day-to-day administration
• Helping ensure clients receive clear, timely updates
• Spotting problems early and helping the team resolve them
• Keeping the important details organised while projects move at pace

As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will the role.

You’ll gradually become more involved in client communication, attend sites, take project photographs, help prepare progress updates and take greater ownership of projects from instruction through to completion.

There is a genuine opportunity to develop towards project management or another senior role within the business.

Experience in construction, facilities management, property, projects or a similar environment would be helpful—but attitude, judgement and potential are equally important.

A full UK driving licence would be beneficial as the role may eventually involve visiting project sites.
