Job Title: Junior/Associate Client Relationship Manager

Location: St Asaph Office
Salary: £21,000

CRS are currently seeking a motivated individual to join a UK wide company in their Client Onboarding Team based in St. Asaph as a Junior/Associate Client Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn to maintain and update client records on our proprietary back-office system (CURO).
  • Develop proficiency in utilizing various 3rd party software and websites to manage client records accurately for compliance purposes.
  • Familiarize oneself with cashflow software to support financial advisers.
  • Arrange and manage diary appointments efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with product providers, meticulously recording discussion details.
  • Acquire the skills to gather valuations and relevant documentation for review packs.
  • Process new business applications for clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and filing.
  • Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions as required.

Desired Skills:

  • Some experience in administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and determination.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.

While prior administration experience, especially within financial services, is desirable, we welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to pursue a recognized Level 3 or Level 4 qualification accredited by the CII/PFS. Study support will be provided as needed, with a commitment to ongoing professional development to stay abreast of evolving legislation.
