Joiner / Carpenter – Luxury Lodge Manufacturing

Location: Porthmadog, North Wales
Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Attendance Bonus + Employee Ownership Bonus
Hours: 42 hours per week

Whether your background is in site joinery, bench joinery, timber frame or shopfitting, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills on premium projects without travelling from site to site.

The Role

Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll help manufacture luxury lodges from the ground up.

Duties include:

• Constructing timber stud walls and structural framework.
• Completing 1st and 2nd fix joinery.
• Installing kitchens, internal doors and fitted furniture.
• Fitting windows, flooring and interior finishes.
• Working from technical drawings.
• Collaborating with electricians, plumbers and other trades within your production bay.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Previous joinery or carpentry experience.
• Confidence using hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Pride in producing high-quality work.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
• 42-hour working week
• Early finish every Friday.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Weekly attendance bonus (currently around £50 per week).
• Employee Ownership Trust bonus of up to £3,600 tax-free after 12 months (subject to attendance criteria).
