HGV Driver (Skip Hire)

The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join a growing waste management team. This is a hands-on role delivering and collecting skips across North Wales and the North West, working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
You’ll be trusted to manage your routes, represent the business professionally, and keep operations running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate skip hire vehicles safely and efficiently
- Deliver and collect skips across designated areas
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues
- Load/unload skips, ensuring safe handling and securing
- Maintain accurate delivery and collection records
- Adhere to all driving laws, health & safety, and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience in a similar driving role (skip experience desirable)
- Comfortable driving a range of vehicles and adapting to business needs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers
- Basic mechanical awareness (advantageous)
