Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: St Asaph
Salary: £25K-£30K DOE
35 Hour working Week with 2 days WFH after 6 Month Probation Completed
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our client based in St Asaph. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team who encourages career progression and development
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Client Records across in house systems
- Create, Record & Update Records ensuring they are following Compliance Policies
- Ushing Cashflow to assist Financial Planners/Advisers
- Diary Management
- Providing Exceptional Client Services including Phone, Emails and Face to Face Appointments
- General Administration Duties
Requirements:
- Client Relationships experience ideally within Financial Services
- Strong Administration & Organisational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills & Presentation Skills
- IT Literate – Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Advantageous to have experience in Prestwood/Curo
- Must be committed to Studying in the future if not already CII/PFS Qualified
