Brand Manager

We’re supporting a well-established UK manufacturer with an outstanding reputation within their market as they look to appoint a Brand Manager following an internal promotion.

The role offers genuine ownership — leading brand development, product strategy and commercial performance across an established portfolio.
The Role
Working across sales, product and marketing functions, you’ll take responsibility for developing and executing plans that strengthen market position and deliver growth.
You’ll combine commercial thinking with customer insight and product understanding to drive performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of brands
- Deliver category and range optimisation projects
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance
- Support and deliver product launches and go-to-market plans
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
- Manage budgets and maximise return on investment
- Identify opportunities for innovation and market expansion
About You
- Background in Brand, Product or Category Management
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
- Experience launching products or driving category growth
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders and managing priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive and delivery focused
Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, retail, trade or related sectors would be advantageous.
