We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to get things done properly.
The Project Team is a well-established and growing construction business delivering refurbishment, fit-out, building, maintenance and MEP projects for clients across the commercial property sector.
Our projects span offices, industrial environments, healthcare and education—but the approach remains the same: communicate well, do the basics consistently and always put the client first.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take responsibility for projects from the initial client instruction through to completion and handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting clients and understanding their project requirements
- Completing initial site surveys and developing scopes of work
- Planning and programming projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Obtaining prices and supporting the preparation of quotations
- Managing project costs, procurement and variations
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS and project documentation
- Monitoring progress, quality and health and safety
- Attending sites and resolving issues quickly
- Providing clients with clear and regular progress updates
- Taking and issuing project photographs and reports
- Managing snagging, completion and handover
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and contractors
- Managing several live projects at different stages

You’ll have support from the wider team, but you’ll also be given the autonomy to manage your workload and make informed decisions.
The person we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines practical construction knowledge with excellent organisation and communication.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience managing commercial construction, refurbishment, fit-out or small works projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- A good understanding of project programmes, RAMS and health and safety
- Confidence managing costs, procurement and project variations
- The ability to manage several projects at once
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- A practical approach to solving problems
- High standards of organisation and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
