General Manager – Front of House
Location: Dyserth
Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? A well-established and vibrant venue in Dyserth is seeking an enthusiastic and driven General Manager to lead their Front of House operations.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring every aspect of service, staff performance, and customer satisfaction meets the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated team, managing budgets, and driving business performance while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all Front of House operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service across the bar, restaurant, and floor.
- Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding hospitality and uphold company values.
- Take responsibility for stock control, ordering, supplier management, and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and management team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and profit margins, with a focus on continual improvement.
- Implement and maintain operational systems, health and safety procedures, and compliance standards.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, using it to drive service enhancements and staff development.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to increase footfall and community engagement.

- 3–5 years’ experience in a management position within hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage staff, operations, and budgets effectively.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
